we are all recovering after our seemingly weekly visits to the ER. Sophie and I are home, Margaret should be back from hospital today or tomorrow.

why are all these things attached to me?

Sophie is in the new lpch ward of the new el camino hospital opened a couple of months ago. She is doing well but will continue to be observed and oxygenated for a couple of days.
